All participants playing in a TaylorMade-Adidas Collegiate Series event have the option of utilizing one caddy for the duration of the event.
With this privilege we ask that caddies behave professionally, respectfully and abide by proper course etiquette as though they were a fellow participant.

| Code of conduct |
The G.O.L.F. Tournament Series takes great pride in the quality of its players, its host facility, and the sponsors and volunteers that sacrifice much time and make great strides to preserve the enjoyment of each event. G.O.L.F. Tournament Series expects each of its members to adhere to the Code of conduct guidelines listed below. This Code of Conduct is intended to help our members understand their responsibilities in preserving the integrity that the game of golf deserves.
on-site behavior
Abusive or foul language, disrespectful behavior towards any host site, volunteer, official, sponsor or fellow contestant, club throwing of any fashion, abuse to the golf course, the use of alcohol, tobacco, or drugs, or any other conduct unbecoming of a G.O.L.F. member is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and considered a violation of the code of conduct.
no card/unofficial withdrawal (NC)
Any player not turning in a scorecard, unless the player is injured during the round, or any player who withdraws after starting play, without valid reason of illness or injury, has violated the code of conduct.
no shows (DNS)
Any player not withdrawing properly from an event (i.e.: informing a G.O.L.F. official that you are withdrawing prior to your scheduled tee time) has violated the code of conduct.
penalties for code violations
Penalties and the determination of the severity of any action are at the sole authority of G.O.L.F. officials.
Penalties may include any or all of the following:
- written warning to player and parent
- written notification to player’s golf coach
- disqualification
- one-event suspension without refund
- termination of membership without refund

In an effort to protect the field at each event, the tour officials for the G.O.L.F. ask all players and parents to notify an official of any violations of the code of conduct. In the event of a violation, the final decision will be made between the G.O.L.F. officials and the players involved.
The G.O.L.F. Tournament Series and all of its members, supporting organizations, directors, staff, agents, escorts, owners, hosts, successors, and assignees are to be free from all liability, claim, or other forms of legal action, including cost arising therefrom, against any incident which results in or arises out of any loss, property or personal (death included) which may be sustained by the junior, parent, or guardian during travel to, from, or participation in a G.O.L.F. Tournament Series event.
Membership may be suspended or canceled for will full disregard of the Rules of Golf, proper golf etiquette, or for dishonest, unsportsmanlike or unbecoming conduct.

| Course Description |
Michigan State University's Forest Akers Golf Courses offers two 18-hole championship layouts, a state of the art practice facility referred to as the Golf Center, two full-service Golf shops, and a full compliment of services.
Forest Akers Golf Courses are recognized as two of the best public golf course in Michigan. Golf Digest has given Forest Akers West Course a four star rating and the East Course a three star rating. The Detroit News ranked Forest Akers West Course number six in the state of Michigan's public courses. And the Lansing State Journal gave Forest Akers West Course first place in their Best of the Best rankings for the past two years.
The West Course was redesigned by Michigan State alumnus Arthur Hills in 1992. Renovations include extending the length of the course to over 7,000 yards, new bent grass greens, 18 new bent grass tees, new rye fairway grass, and all new bunkers. |
| Entry Confirmation |
Entries will only recieve an email confirmation of a charge to their credit card after their entry has been accepted. Players on a waitlist will be informed promptly if they are moved to the active roster. Tee times will be available to view a week prior to the event. |

| On-Site Waitlist |
An "On-Site Waitlist" will be available at tour events. Spots are open to ANY Tour Member but priority will be given to those already on the event waitlist. Spots will be decided on a first come-first serve basis. Play is NOT GUARANTEED! |
| Practice Round |
Practice Rounds will be available Wed. July 30th after 11am for $41.00. Any other time will be at regular rates. Please call for tee time 574-631-4653. |
| Refund Policy |
cancel/refund policy
You may cancel an event at anytime and receive a partial refund by logging into your account with your id and password. Once you have logged in go to the tournament tab- registration and click the “cancel” link next to the event you wish to withdraw from and follow the directions as provided.
Please note:
After June 1, 2008 – until one week prior to the event you are withdrawing from a $20.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds.
From January 1, 2008 – May 31, 2008 a $5 cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds.
If you withdraw within one week (7 days) of the event your entry fees will be forfeited unless a valid injury or illness is presented in writing from a physician. |

Transfer Policy
If you wish to withdraw from an event and transfer to another event, please either email or fax a written notification of your intentions.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE SUGGESTED METHOD BELOW
Online Withdrawal
1. Go to the link “Withdraw/Transfer Form” located within your respective tour on the website www.juniorgolf.org. (it is on the left hand side).
2. Completely fill out the form including:
name,
email,
players club id,
event number(s) & event date(s) of withdrawal
event number(s) & event date(s) of addition
3. Submit the form and you will be immediately notified that your withdrawal/transfer has been sent to GOLF. Your request will be complete when you receive a confirmation email from GOLF.
Fax Withdrawal
1. Fax the GOLF (517-279-6124) office to withdrawal from the event.
2. Please include the following information in your fax.
name,
email,
players club id,
event number(s) & event date(s) of withdrawal
event number(s) & event date(s) of addition
3. Your withdrawal/transfer will be complete when you receive a confirmation email from GOLF.
